We don't charge a single rupees* if you cancelled your Ride before Locking Period. you can read full cancellation policy here.
What is Booking under process / Confirm Period / Driving Period ?
Booking under process : It is a time period till ArrangeGadi confirm's your Riding vehicle.
Confirm Period : Once ArrangeGadi confirm it comes to this period.
Driving period : When driver starts vehicle towards reaching you then driving period starts.
