Cancellation Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

 

1)                  All cancellations must be in writing  to arrangegadi@gmail.com

2)                  Cancellations made within 15 minutes of booking 100% rental fees will refunded.

3)                  Cancellations made in 36-24 hours before journey 100% rental fees will refunded.

4)                  Cancellations made in 24-12 hours before journey 90% rental fees will refunded.*

5)                  Cancellations made in 12-06 hours before journey 80% rental fees will refunded.*

6)                  Cancellations made in 06-03 hours before journey 75% rental fees will refunded.*

7)                  Cancellations made in 03-02 hours before journey 50% rental fees will refunded.*

8)                  Cancellations made in 02-01 hours before journey 40% rental fees will refunded. *

9)                  Cancellations made within 01 hours before journey 0 rental fees will refunded.*

10)               If journey got cancelled at any point due to our vehicle issue 100% rental fees will refunded.*

11)               We follow the 3 steps in cancellation policy (a) Booking Under process (b) Confirmed Period (c) Driving Period.

a)      Your Booking under process period will be calculated after the 05 minutes of booking during which we will arrange vehicle for you at your pick up location.

                                                               i.      While in Booking under process period there will be no cancellation charges charged (only banking transaction fees deducted).

b)      Our booking will convert from Booking under process period into Confirmed Period once vehicle arranged for you.

                                                               i.      While in Ride Booked charges will applied as mentioned above from point 3 to 7. **

c)       Your booking will convert from Confirmed Period into Driving Period once vehicle starts reaching towards pick-up location.

                                                               i.      While in Ride Booked Period charges will applied as mentioned above from point 7 to 9. **

 

(* after cancellation we will coordinate with local driver and will try to provide maximum possible amount apart from mentioned percentile)
